Exchanges Only for Faulty or Damaged Items

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for faulty or damaged items under the following conditions:

  • You must inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

    • In unused condition

    • In their original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Request an Exchange

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo or video showing the damage or fault

    • A description of the issue

  2. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, will provide instructions for the exchange process.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
